Luigi’s Mansion: The Dark Moon review

Luigi’s Mansion: The Dark Moon review

Hey, everyone, I’m Ethan N.

This is my first time reviewing a game on the Geeks Love Detail website so keep your eyes peeled for more game reviews from me.

At the beginning of the game, Professor E.Gadd was enjoying something in the lab with the ghosts and they were friendly to him but then suddenly King Boo just broke out of The Dark Moon with the dark jewel on his crown, after he was freed from his painting in the first Luigi’s Mansion game. So Professor E.Gadd had to call Luigi to help to restore the Dark Moon in Evershade Valley. Luigi hates to be pixelated in different mansions, but that’s the only fast way to get in mansions really fast than walking on feet.

Also, let’s review which type of boss ghost guards the piece of The Dark Moon. For the first one at Gloomy Manor, we have the Grouchy Possessor which was taking the spider queen’s body to annihilate Luigi. For the second one at the next mansion called Haunted Towers is the Harsh Possessor which was creating some kind of Staircase dog-like creature to scare Luigi really bad. Then the third one at the Old Clockworks is called the Overset Possessor, which is trying to use the Clock of Death against Luigi, but that was a disaster to catch lots of ghosts on a clock with the Poltergust 5000. Next for the fourth one at this snowy mansion called Secret Mine, the boss ghost who’s guarding the fourth dark moon piece is the Shrewd Possessor. The ghost was turning into a huge ice monster, but Luigi had to ride on the cannon sled to use against that boss. Finally, the last one who’s guarding at the scariest mansion ( the Treacherous Mansion), is the final Possessor ghost -the Tough Possessor- who is a using knight’s move against Luigi. Oh, don’t forget that the final boss who was Luigi’s main enemy was King Boo. He was the toughest to beat in the game more than all the Possessor ghosts.

The best time to play this game is on Halloween. Only worst part of this game is the storyline is really short if you're trying to beat the game in one day otherwise it will be the best horror game for Nintendo. This game came out on March 24th, 2013 and this game is the sequel to the first Luigi’s Mansion for Gamecube. Thank you, folks, for looking at my first game review blog and stay tuned for another game review.

Here’s my rating for Luigi’s Mansion: The Dark Moon
